During the month of January, there are not a lot of extra activities that are planned, thus providing an excellent opportunity for teachers to focus on instruction, and students to focus on learning. As a district, we will be hard at work on the preparation of the budget for the upcoming year and will share that with you in March.
We are hoping this month to initiate a chat with the superintendent and different members of the school community that will be televised through the Montvale TV station. In this way the public will be able to become better informed about our programs.
In that same spirit, a website has been set up to give a wealth of information about the upcoming referendum project that is being proposed by the Board of Education involving School No. 2. That site is accessible by using the link in the banner at the top of this page. Please take some time to become better acquainted with the project.
